Are you a registered Pharmacist with at least 2 years of repping experience? Do you know a colleague who is looking to advance his/her career as a Medical Rep? An exciting opportunity exists at a multinational pharmaceutical company for an experienced Rep to join their team in Kumasi.
Responsibilities:
- Detailing drugs to doctors
- Making presentations to doctors and pharmacists in the retail sector
- building and maintaining positive working relationships with medical staff
- Keeping detailed records of all contacts and reporting on sales activities in assigned territory;
- Reaching annual sales targets;
- Planning work schedules and weekly and monthly timetables
- Monitoring competitor activity and competitors’ products;
- Developing strategies for increasing market share
Required Skills or Experience
- A degree in Pharmacy from a recognized institution
- Pharmacy Council Registration
- Valid Drivers License
- Minimum of 2 year’s experience (in an Ethical Pharma company)
- Excellent presentation and communication skills
- A flair for marketing and sales
- A positive can-do attitude
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Powerpoint)
