Job Description

Abt is seeking exceptional individuals for an upcoming USAID health procurement. We are recruiting for a large project encompassing diverse areas of malaria programming, included but not limited to malaria case management, capacity building, antenatal care services, malaria diagnostics, routine monitoring of malaria data.

Required Skills or Experience

• Master's degree in relevant field and at least 8 years of experience in monitoring and evaluation
• Demonstrated experience with performance monitoring plans, USAID experience required, and malaria experience preferred
• In addition to supporting the project M&E, the specialist will provide technical assistance to strengthen routine systems for malaria M&E at the national level
• Experience working with GHS on M&E capacity building preferred
