Jamless is looking for a manager that will lead the development and on-going management of traffic information specialists in charge of collecting the traffic data.
The candidate will structure the company’s effort to map the city in a relevant way for the users of the service and ensure data consistency and reliability.

Responsibilities and duties
- Realize a field study on potential informants
and meaningful locations
- Build a hiring process for informants
- Conceive a management system for informants
- Build training material and tools
- Hire and train the first network of
informants
- Monitor the data inputs and manage the
informant network to ensure the consistency and reliability of the data
- Conceive and execute strategies to leverage
the network to market the service
Required Skills or Experience
- Initiative and autonomy, as well as strong
analytical skills
- Strong interest for entrepreneurship and new
technologies
- Organizational, verbal and written
communication skills a must
- Knowledge of market research and data
analysis methodologies
- Attention to detail and ability to
multi-task, work under pressure and meet deadlines
- Competency in Microsoft applications
including Word, Excel and Outlook
- A Bachelor in business administration or
other relevant field
