Job summary:
Jamless is looking for a manager that will lead the development and on-going management of traffic information specialists in charge of collecting the traffic data. 
The candidate will structure the company’s effort to map the city in a relevant way for the users of the service and ensure data consistency and reliability.

Responsibilities and duties

• Realize a field study on potential informants and meaningful locations
• Build a hiring process for informants
• Conceive a management system for informants
• Build training material and tools
• Hire and train the first network of informants
• Monitor the data inputs and manage the informant network to ensure the consistency and reliability of the data
• Conceive and execute strategies to leverage the network to market the service

Required Skills or Experience

• Initiative and autonomy, as well as strong analytical skills
• Strong interest for entrepreneurship and new technologies
• Organizational, verbal and written communication skills a must
• Knowledge of market research and data analysis methodologies
• Attention to detail and ability to multi-task, work under pressure and meet deadlines
• Competency in Microsoft applications including Word, Excel and Outlook
• A Bachelor in business administration or other relevant field
