Position: Chief of Party

Job Description

A Washington, DC-based, not-for-profit organization dedicated to stimulating sustainable growth in the agricultural sector of developing and emerging economics seeks to recruit qualified candidates for its impending project.
Responsibilities:

• To lead staff in building capacity of relevant institutions in the seed and fertilizer sector
• To support research on soil fertility, soil nutrient management and conservation agriculture
• To oversee budgets, fund disbursal and financial records to ensure project expenditure are in compliance with all USAID policies and regulations

Required Skills or Experience

• Experience working on seed and fertility projects and a demonstrated ability to lead large projects
• Extensive experience working in Ghana or West Africa
